Refund policy - Full or partial refunds may be given for defective products. In case of a defective product, please contact us via instagram following our social media links. You may also contact us via email at thepinkyodette@gmail.com. Return of the defective product within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging is required to receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the defective product.

Delivery policy - Most orders ship within 1 week of order. Special cases may arise which prolong processing and will be noted in the product description.

Return policy – Products may be returned for a full refund only if returned undamaged and unused in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Upon return, the item will be inspected within 24 hours of receipt and the appropriate refund will be issued. Shipping is non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation policy - Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of purchase.
